Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: April 7, 2026 · Last Updated: September 10, 2026
TL;DR – Accessibility Commitment
Interlock Roofing of America is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities.
We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and continuously improve accessibility across our website.
If you experience any difficulty accessing our website, please contact us and we will assist you.
1. Our Commitment
Interlock Roofing of America is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.
We strive to ensure that all users can:
- Access information clearly and effectively
- Navigate the website using a variety of input methods
- Interact with content and features without barriers
We view accessibility as an ongoing responsibility and continuously work to improve usability for all visitors.
2. Accessibility Standards
We build and test this website to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and new pages are built to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
No federal regulation sets a technical standard for the websites of private businesses. The U.S. Department of Justice states that Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. § 12182) applies to the websites of businesses open to the public and points to WCAG as the way to meet that obligation (Guidance on Web Accessibility and the ADA, March 18, 2022, https://www.ada.gov/resources/web-guidance/). The 2024 rule requiring WCAG 2.1 AA of state and local governments (28 CFR Part 35) does not apply to us; we use the same benchmark.
Any accessibility overlay or widget on this site is a convenience, not a substitute for accessible code. Our conformance work is done in the design, development, and testing of the site itself.
3. Measures We Take
To support accessibility, we implement the following measures:
- Use of semantic HTML and structured content
- Logical heading hierarchy and readable layouts
- Keyboard navigability across key functionality
- Alternative text for images where appropriate
- Consistent navigation and interface design
- Ongoing accessibility reviews and improvements
We regularly review our website using a combination of manual testing, automated tools, and user feedback to identify and address accessibility barriers.
4. Compatibility and Assistive Technologies
Our website is designed to be compatible with:
- Modern web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox)
- Screen readers
- Keyboard-only navigation
However, compatibility may vary depending on specific technologies, configurations, and user environments. We continue to evaluate compatibility as browsers, devices, and assistive technologies evolve.
5. Known Limitations
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: most content meets the standard, and some does not. Known limitations as of our last review on September 10, 2026:
- Third-party embeds — the quote form, review carousel, cookie consent tool, and any chat or booking widget — are built by other companies. We choose accessible configurations where the vendor offers them, but we cannot change their code.
- Some PDF documents, including warranty and specification documents, are not yet tagged for screen readers. We provide the same information in an accessible format on request.
- Some older gallery photographs carry generic alternative text.
- Embedded videos may lack captions or audio description.
We review the site at least every six months and after major changes, using automated checks, manual keyboard and screen-reader testing, and visitor feedback. If a barrier prevents you from requesting a quote or reading a policy, call 1-866-733-5811 and we will help you by phone or email.
6. Feedback and Support
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you encounter a barrier, contact us:
- Email: policies@interlockgroup.com
- Phone: 1-866-733-5811
- Company: Interlock Roofing of America
Please include the page address, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology you use, if any. We acknowledge accessibility requests within 5 business days, work to fix the barrier, and in the meantime provide the content or service another way — by phone, by email, or as an accessible document.
7. Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we are committed to continuous improvement.
We regularly review our website, technologies, and content to enhance accessibility and usability for all users.
