- We ask all customers for feedback, not just happy ones
- We never pressure anyone to leave a review

- We don't allow reviews from employees, family, or competitors
- We follow Google, FTC, and Canadian Competition Bureau guidelines
- All reviews—positive or negative—are part of maintaining transparency
1. Purpose and Scope
This Customer Review & Feedback Policy establishes the standards, controls, and compliance requirements governing the solicitation, collection, moderation, and publication of customer reviews across all Interlock Roofing of America properties and third-party platforms.
This policy applies to:
- All employees, contractors, and representatives of Interlock Roofing of America
- All customer review collection activities (digital, in-person, or automated)
- All platforms including, but not limited to, Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, and company-owned websites
2. Regulatory Alignment Statement
Interlock Roofing of America follows these U.S. rules and platform policies:
- FTC Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465, effective October 21, 2024): no fake or AI-written reviews; no payment or reward for a review with a particular rating; officers, employees, and relatives who post must disclose their relationship; no threats against reviewers; no claim to show all reviews when we show some.
- FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255): testimonials reflect the real experience of the customer quoted; results such as energy savings vary and an unusual result is not presented as typical; any material connection, such as a referral reward, is disclosed beside the testimonial.
- Consumer Review Fairness Act (15 U.S.C. § 45b): no contract or form we use restricts or penalizes an honest review, and we take only a non-exclusive licence to feedback you send us.
- Google Maps User Contributed Content Policy and the policies of any other platform whose reviews we display.
Reviews on this website are a selection from public third-party platforms, unedited except for length; the complete set, including negative reviews, is on the platform linked beside each review.
Texas. Texas has no statute specific to online reviews. Fake, purchased or undisclosed-incentive reviews are false, misleading or deceptive acts under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 17.46(b)(5), (24)), enforceable by the Attorney General and by consumers. The Texas Citizens Participation Act (Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code ch. 27) protects people who speak on matters of public concern; we do not threaten or sue customers over honest reviews and use no non-disparagement terms. This site publishes no reviews or job counts; if that changes, the rules above apply.
